Thanks a lot for a pleasant stay, would be happy to recommend. The hotel is modern - stylish rooms and very clean beds. All the staff members are especially helpful and attentive. It has an excellent service and their breakfast is savoury and delicious with vegan butter.

This is our third stay here and we like the ease of checking in, friendly, smiling staff, cleanliness of hotel and high standard of housekeeping in rooms.

I would have liked to use the hotel bar but as a non smoker I did not feel tempted to go in.

It was just a great fit for a mini-vacation in Essen with good price-value balance. The breakfast buffet had an excellent range of delicious German breads and unique condiments. Try to enjoy the comfortable seating in the dining area.

Location is good, in the city but close to the exit to the highway. Breakfast was also very good

the superior room did not have bathrobe nor slippers, I was given a single room in spite of having booked a double room. As a result there was only one duvet and felt cold during the night.

I enjoyed a clean and spacious Privilege Double Room with a nice courtyard view, ideal for relaxation. The hotel features an extensive breakfast buffet that was great with a rich array of food options. The staff's efficient check-in process was particularly excellent.

The charming breakfast staff made mornings good, and the beautiful breakfast layout, complete with fruit sculptures, created a nice start to each day of our stay.

This is one of the best Hotels in Essen.All the facilities are new.I will recommend and visit again.

The shower presented issues with only hot water during late hours, complicating things after a night out, and required some effort to switch back to the shower head in the morning. There was a noticeable lack of nearby dining options if you're looking for more than the hotel's bar and breakfast.

The rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable, although the air conditioning system didn't seem to be functioning too well, this was also a view shared by my two American colleagues staying in the hotel during same period. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The restuarant was closed during our stay, although we were told it was a franchise and was not managed by the hotel, which semed odd. As it was very wet that particular evening we had a bar snack instead!

The staff were friendly. The room very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was wonderfully delicious! The location perfect for the philharmonie. The decorative order of the hotel was very impressive and felt very welcoming. Also there was a pianist playing while we enjoyed breakfast which was an unexpected treat!

Was disappointed that the pool was not available to hotel guests during the day, this was one of the reasons for staying here. Also this is the first hotel I have stayed in that does not have complimentary hot drinks in the room.
